I finally inherited his Mark I in 1973. It was in bad shape by then. Missing parts. Oxidation won. Now I just inherited a Mark V. Very excited to get back after more than 57 years not using one. This one needs parts as well. Like a band saw blade. Anyone know where to pick one up in San Diego? This will get me rolling on several projects. Thanks for the welcome. I already feel i belong here. Go play.
Welcome! :) What is a Mark I?

Well you can add one more new member to the count.
I have been reading this forum for about 2 months and decided to join in.
I have a 1954 Greene SN#262446, that I am a second generation owner of.
I myself am a 54 model, as I was born Nov 54 so I guess this machine and I will grow old together.

Runs great and has had little use in the last 25+ years I have had it. I mostly use it as Drill press and Jointer functions. Recently I have started playing with the lathe. Many years ago I bought a duplicator and only experimented with it twice.
