Yep, looks like he is right. I wish a deal like that would come my way. Speed increaser, belt sander and even the strip sander fetch decent money for resale. Yes, looks like a speed increaser. Looks like there is also a dovetail jig on the other side of the saw guard. Definitely a nice deal with all the extras.
