The one I just attended had people from Virginia, Michigan and Ohio. Either my winter place, (now) or summer in B.C would have made me one of the nearby students. It was a seven hour drive for me each way but the others flew. American School of French Marquetry

It's not cheap, when you count the airfare (or gas), accommodations, meals and the tuition but you just can't get that training elsewhere. I may start a small class in B.C. but that's still a long way for you.
