I'm sorry, but I DON'T see any correlation with incandescent light bulbs.

Yes, Rand Paul is talking toilets, but the same thing applies to light bulbs. The EPA has their finger in everything we buy. If the curly-crap bulb was SOOOO good, let it stand in the free market on it's own merit so people can choose. When the EPA/Congress got away with messing up the toilet, they took the lesson and applied it to the light bulb.
