Work Bench for the kids

Post by kalynzoo »

I stopped at HarborFreight and saw these kids tool kits on sale. Plus I had a 20% coupon, so I purchased two for the twins. But realizing they didn't have a place to play with the tools I started making these work benches. All the wood came from scraps and leftovers. The pegboard was from the last remaining piece I saved from my old pharmacy 23 years ago. The draws have stops attached to the worktop so the kids can only pull them out 3/4 of the way. It was a fun weekend project that the grandkids really loved.

I can never figure out who has more fun with this kind of project - the builder or the kids? It doesn't matter - nice job!
