Direct-Reading Rip Fence Scales

Post by gwg »

What is the direct reading rip fence scale on the new 520/Mark 7? Is this the same as the Shopsmith catalog listing 522292?

I am surprised that you have not gotten a response yet but I will go on record saying that they are probably one in the same.

I don't have a Mark 7 but I also have not read or heard of any differences that would lead me to believe the rip gauge has changed. It looks the same in all the photos I have seen.

I only know of one but system but if you want to be sure give shopsmith a call, they are the real experts on this subject.
