Power Pro Aux shaft

After everybody's help here on the site and talking to Tech Support at Shopsmith I attacked my idler shaft issue. I must say I was a little worried since everyone said be very careful not to over-tighten and crack the ears on the casting. I was able to loosen up the bearing shift the shaft to the left (away from the motor and align & tension the belts. I NOW realize that my unit shift during shipment and was never right to begin with. Everything looks great now, the unit runs better than ever and with less noise and vibration and it doesn't get as hot during use.
I appreciate everybody's help. Shopsmith was great too, they answered my tech questions and even dug for some additional info I asked for. And there was no issue getting a replacement hub for the one that failed free of charge.

Ain't it great? That's why I keep buying stuff from Shopsmith even if their price is a little higher. If stuff breaks there's a free replacement.
