I thought maybe it couldn't be repaired or something. Glad to hear you were able to sell it if you didn't like it.

It is amazing how things have increased in price for no real apparent reason. Everyone keeps talking inflation but all that does is prices us out of the world market. I can't believe you have to spend what you paid to buy something just to fix it now. Seems like we are actually going backwards instead of forward.

Some things make sense like a TV, with new technology it is often cheaper to buy a new TV than to fix an old one. But something like a camper or trailer that should not be the case.

Oh well. I hope this doesn't turn into being a money pit for you. Keep us informed as you go.

I had my doubts about selling it because I didn't think we would get our money back and we did not but we did well. That financial obligation is gone and there is still money left to work on the trailer.

The big money ticket though is not the trailer itself. The expensive items are "the technology items"; the refrigerator, the a/c and the water heater combined will be at least $2k (2/3 of the original purchase price).

I did climb down into this money pit on my own; I was not pushed and I did not fall.
