Timely posts and ideas. I have worn orthotics for nearly 20 years. They are costly but make the difference between walking and not for me. I have arthritis in most joints in lower limbs. A month ago new ones were ordered the order was lost and the company finally admitted to having lost it. Thus they have been ordered again as of last Friday. My major point here is don't sell them short. I always get three pairs so I can use a fresh pair each day. For the last couple of months I have had to sit on sidelines for more time than I spend in shop. If you need them please do not hesitate. Terrific investment. I had to get a pair after a foot injury back before I had to place "ex" in front of "athlete", covered by team insurance thankfully, and really helped get better.
