Create a review for a woodworking tool that you are familiar with (Shopsmith brand or Non-Shopsmith) or just post your opinion on a specific tool. Head to head comparisons welcome too.
A few short weeks ago I owned a few fundamental wood tools, they served there purpose for a rookie non-carpenter like me. After the day I stumbles across the SSv, I have gotten more serious about what I want to do with wood . My home shop was at one time a auto mechanic shop, a 40X40 building. as you will see by my pics, the wood tools and benches have taken up some space. I don't really have anyone here local that could care less about my tools , so if you don't mind I will share them here with you folks.
In the same boat as you, my shop was a 4 bay gas station of 2200 sq ft than my plumbing shop and now my cave and I'm out of room. One area of the shop is for wood working, another welding & metal work assembly and car service area for my car and truck.

I went to an estate sale of a guy that owned a towing service a few weeks ago... I was blown away by the amount and variety of stuff that guy had. 9Ft shelf full of hand drills, 5ft high stacks of "X" shaped tire irons, buckets of sockets, piles of flashlights, pile of casters some of which had 1 foot tall wheels... completely crazy
Back on topic it looks like you have lots of cool innovation going on in your shop. Thanks for sharing

The large 8 ft doors showing in one pic, are what started my latest challenge. My Granddaughter is going to have a Western style outside wedding. She wants to inter threw these doors, free standing with split rail fencing on each side. It has been a slight challenge and that why Im into the tools. If anyone has knowledge of how to antique the looks of the doors it sure would be helpful to me. I was thinking of a stressed old color with crackle paint????
