520 + Mini on E-Bay in North Carolina

They have it listed as a 510 but it's a 520 and also includes a mini with a bandsaw and jigsaw:

Bandsaw is the newer aluminum table and includes the rip fence and circle cutter. Also claims both headstocks were factory rebuilt in 2012. Buy It Now price of $1250, with a "Make Offer" option as well - seems like a pretty good deal for someone in the area who's in need, especially if they'll bite on a lower offer.

Looks like the seller has a few offers pending…I guess E-Bay doesn't post what the offers are, which makes sense while the item sale is still pending, but I wonder if they post what they are if/when it sells? Just be curious what sort of offers are made and what eventually gets accepted.
