That is definitely a Shopsmith 10ER or a very exact clone. It has the Speed Changer. And the bench has the Shopsmith legs.

And what an AMAZING video!! Brought a tear to my eye.

And yes the guy is working on a shopsmith.

Also please note that without the pulley guard how easy it would be to get ones hair caught. When I got the 10er for my brother it came without the guard. First time I set it up in drill press mode the pulley setup was right at hair level.... The first addition to his machine was a guard.
