50,000 member mark coming soon

Post by reible »

Member numbers are still going up. Moments ago I saw 47258.

I was just thinking that we are not all that far from 50K.

Wonder if shopsmith is thinking of making that a special time. Like maybe giving members a special code for a one time free shipping with a $50 - $100 order.

Just in case they are working on that idea maybe we should give them a few reasonable ideas.

If for no other reason then seeing what ideas people have lets give it a shot.

How about $5 off a $50 order?

Yes, that is a very valid observation. Furthermore, during this same period of time we have also been blessed with a few new and active members here on the forum.

Just checked the numbers again tonight.

49,611

Better get out and get our party hats and favors it's a coming soon!

I don't know about anyone else but I'm taking the day off to celebrate (it helps to be retired to do this).

Here in this area we spell that as "Menard's Hardware store".

We do have some Marathon stations but none near me.
