Thanks for the attempts to help but I had to take off and never did get the sending to work. I know of three ways to set the outgoing and none of them work on the phone. All three work on the laptop when plugged in to my home network.... The laptop wifi died so it was of little use on the trip (HP never again). I guess it is time to save up for a new lap top for my spring trip.

You can write it in your notepad in your phone.reible wrote:FYI
A while back I did get things working.
android.imap.mail.yahoo.com for incoming
android.smtp.mail.yahoo.com for outgoing
Not any major announcement here but figured an update was in order in case I need to find this information again sometime.

Speaking of loosing things my blue notebook of shop stuff is missing. That is putting a strain on me trying to remember all those things I wrote down so I didn't have to remember them. Got to be somewhere.
