I have an opportunity to get a 510, bandsaw and powerstation for $1000. But since I already have 2 500's a 510 and a 520 and 2 bandsaws I really am not interested in those. The powerstation however, does interest me it also has the caster assembly. Problem is don't know what to offer him, I checked ebay and the last price sale that I saw was $200 is this a fair price? Any suggestions as to offering price?

The 500 models are in pieces I use the 510 and 520 because I have limited space the powerstation is more effecient to me I think, I don't want to make a shorty. I actually want to donate the 500's in the future to either a school or some ambitious young person. Maybe I can hook someone else.

I was some what sorry that I mounted a Mark V headstock with reversable motor on the Power Station frame. Looks stock. This same headstock mounted on a MINI frame would have much greater capability to support different operations. You can only mount one table or one SPT on the Power Station. The regular Power Station headstock has limited range and is not reversible. I had the Power Station as a result of extensive damage to the headstock and motor from shipping. Too expensive to replace these parts. I am using a modified 500 main table (tiltable) in place of the SPT that I use for the sharpening tasks which is the reason I am keeping it. It does not offer any sawing capability. I have been mounting a modified 500 carriage with legs that fit in the Mark V 500 SPT holes and used the regular 500 main table which can be used for the sawing functions on the MINI. This 500 main table also makes an excellant wide extension table for the regular length 500, the SHORTY, Power Station (no sawing) and the MINI. I will offer these modifications on Ebay once I get a few built. I have over a dozen 500 main tables and carriages waiting for these modifications.
