I think it is from an old style Mark 7

Yes it is from the old Mark VII. The old Mark VII has a pair of sockets under the right side of the main table and you slide the post in horizontally. It fits the end sockets the same as the Mark V. I have a couple on my old Mark VII.
They don't really offer any advantage on a Mark V.

Except they be slightly longer.

Might make a halfway decent rip fence with that interior vertical surface.

Yes, is from a Mark VII. I got a set long ago and I think that the mark VII table also locked both trunnions when tilting.

It can be used as a drill press table on a Mini.

Looks like he just listed the table, fence and miter gauge. Will that just drop into a Mark V carriage?

Extension table, yes.(SPT mount)

Main table, yes but backwards.

Mitre gauge, yes.

The fence is longer(as are the tables).
