I believe this to be caused by one of two things. Either people don't know they can buy directly from Shopsmith or they have a grudge and won't buy from them. Some things go for insane prices on eBay.

Is this the same place Bill gets his blue bandsaw tires from?

It is also interesting to see that 62 have sold!

Anyone know what the shipped price is from shopsmith?

Any chance they are the people who make/sell to shopsmith? Do they have the set screw at an angle?

More questions then answers.

Do the Shopsmith arbors have the set screws at an angle? I don't think so.

I would estimate shipping at about $7.00 plus item cost of $40.00.

Total cost from Shopsmith - est. $47.00.

YES, I just received some more Blue Max bandsaw tires along with other purchases from him today. Gary Motyczka, the owner has worked with me for years about offering quality Shopsmith parts. I have found all of his products to be a well made and a quality product and I have brought quite a number of parts from him along with excellant service.

Please call Gary at 908-241-2885 and discuss any questions with him. He has always listened to me and discussed any problems and solutions I had and answered my questions. Since I do not use the Shopsmith for sawing, I have not tested any of his saw blade arbors.

Well I'll Be.

It sure is set at an angle!

I knew that from back when. We had this discussion in a Nova G3 thread. These lapses are beginning to scare me:eek:. It must be the saw dust. This did not happen when I went to work every day in a clean office.
