If you are still looking for information, Fine Woodworking had a 2 page article in issue#153 Winter 2001/2002 Tools & Shops entitled "A Woodworker's Apron". It does not provide a detailed pattern but it does provide a picture to work from if you wanted to copy it.
More importantly, Steve Latte describes what he wanted to have in his apron. I believe it is a helpful article. Good luck.
