Return spring. ER or Mk5?

Post by skou »

Someone posted this on the Yahoo ER group, wondering if it was for the ER or the Mk5-v? Looks like my ER stuff, but I've never seen one from the later stuff.

The reason we're questioning, is the seller should know the difference, I've been watching his ads for quite a few years now.

Looks like M5/V/7 to me. I have only once seen him list in error.(1 7/8" tubes - he did not know they existed even though he was selling a pair)

Off hand I do not recall the Model 10ER difference. I think it would work on a 10E.

Got out a 10E spring, and it looks like more 'turns, and thinner spring. The inside 'keyhole' is shorter and the outside end is not as 'hooked'.
