Bandsaw - Tilt Lock Assembly

I was on the phone with Jan at SS for almost an hour this afternoon, which included time for her to confer with people in the shop. I have ordered the Trunnion Supports and new bolts to solve my problem. I will update here after the parts are installed.

If you don't mind, after your sure it fits/works could you list the part numbers and quantities of what you got??? Pictures would be great too.

Dusty have you looked at those plastic parts again to see if they are still intact? My saw is too old for that change but I was wonder how this set up holds up.

The plastic parts look none the worse for wear. However, I tilt the bandsaw table very little so these parts have not been exposed to any significant durability testing.

That is good news Dusty, I worry about changes to plastic parts. Your conformation helps with that.

I don't tilt my saw a lot either but it does happen, so while at lower risk of these parts failing because of this would be the same in my case.

As I get older I see less and less of the Gorilla, he's just getting gray and having a lot less energy then he once did. He manages to control himself even more each year.
