For sure, but ya can't begrudge him the effort. It's the American way.
We're a curious lot and some budding industrialist may be waiting for the clock to run down before snatching them up for, what they consider, a song.
I worked in a steel and fabrication warehouse for 5 years and punched a lot of holes in everything from thin guage to 3/4 and never saw a hole punch like those. I'm leaning on the grommet tool side.
