uploading pics

i want to show the grandfather clock I made, but I'm having trouble uploading pics. I guess they're to large. Anyone know how to make them work?

The maximum width is 800.

The maximum height is 600.

Neither maximum may be exceeded.

I use Irfanview(a free download for personal use) to resize pix.

Whatever operating system you have on your computer, it most likely already has a piece of graphics software that will resize your pictures to 800x600. If you do that, they will upload and display.
Take a look at the graphics software on your computer.
