Okay guys, Tuesday morning and in the shop for the next few days working on the SS, picked up a 6", 48" table length, rusty Delta jointer, and a Delta table saw that has some rust on the table over the week end, both for $180.00!!!
As far as shipping time from SS, I ordered the 2 belts and 4 new castors last Friday morning, shipped "ground", FedEx sez they will be here Thursday, someone in this thread mentioned how it was hit and miss on shipping time from SS, I think this is about normnal for "ground".

Wait until you have the parts in hand before you score shipping time.

FedEx said last night it was delivered to the P.O. Picked them up at 10 this am, since it is only 2 blocks from the house and carrier does not get here till 1sih. Think positive JPG!LOL!!!

UPDATE, started the belt replacement, speed control was in the way of moving the drive shaft all the way back, so had to remove it, not in the instructions they sent, about needing to remove it. I called tech support and I was less then thrilled with there attitude.
Upper shaft/spindle bearings are "ruff" to say the least, that maybe why the Gilmer belt broke, at this moment cant get that shaft to move lateraly by using the spindle technique for removal. On to watch the rebuild vidio but his came out by using the spindle technique if I remember right. Any hints/tips would be appreciated.

It is a foregone conclusion that the retaining ring has been removed. Right??

So remove the quill and use a dowel like item and a rubber mallet. Tap on the dowel (inserted where the quill was). That should unseat the bearing that seems to be seized in the casting. TAP> TAP> TAP or you'll break something.
