Ladies & Gentlemen,
I have a group of people in the Hudson, Ohio area, Summit County, that are forming a woodworking co-op.
We are seeking a response from those near the area as to your interest, in helping with the build out of this co-op, and in becoming a member. We will also be looking for instructors to teach safety and woodworking skills.
We are starting out as a Shopsmith based center, and will be purchasing new and used Shopsmith equipment to get rolling. Our intent is to become a major woodworking center. I have been a Shopsmith owner since 1983.
Those interested, please reply to Tom Bean under this thread, for further information.
Thank You !!

Woodworking Co-Op
You will be of very little value to me since you are in Ohio and I am in Arizona but please explain.
Just what is a woodworking co-op?
A farmer's co-op is a place where one can buy and sell farm related product usually at the "going prices". It is also a place to go if you need assistance on the farm. It was always a busy place during both planting and harvest times.
How does your co-op compare?
