Went today to see the SS demo. So much better than the one last year. Better salesman, whose name I did not get. He showed the Mark 7 with the PowerPro headstock. Wow! I really appreciate all the changes and I hope to get to own one soon. The double tilt, the 520 table system, the new casters, and the new headstock would greatly diminsh some setup times and work. So, now to save for a new system. Priced out the upgrades to my 500 and it would cost almost as much to buy all the parts, do the work myself just a couple hundred dollars short of buying a new one. With my VA discount through Lowe's, will be about the same price.
Purchased the Nova G3 chuck on the special. Not sure when it arrives in my mailbox. Can hardly wait.
He'll be at Lowe's on Airport Blvd. in Pensacola until Sat., Apr. 26 until 5 pm.
