3/4HP motors are fine with the 10ER, they were listed as an OEM option. Both mine came with 3/4hp motors.

The $150 machine

[ATTACH]24864[/ATTACH]

has upper and lower saw guards, dado insert for the table, a spare belt and OEM legs.

The $200 machine

[ATTACH]24865[/ATTACH]

has an aluminum sanding disk and the shaper fence. It might have the OEM legs (looks like it may be the brace at the lower left of the picture) but they are not shown in the picture.

I think you are right to go with the $150 one, do try to get a better price.

I don't see the lower blade guard on that machine but if it's there it's a very hard part to find. I understand that were used for school shops only. If you buy it and want to sell it please contact me. I know of only 4 that exist.

JPG, the second picture shows a ripfence, but it is an angled screw fence. (Those tend to wander whilst tightening down the screw. BUT, he may have the "fix" installed. A thin piece of shim between the screw end, and the bar on the front of the table.) I've got one like that, and it works just fine.

Skip, the owner of the ER Yahoo group makes a replacement for that shim. Well, has the info for you to make your own.
