I had the pleasure of going to a live SS demo today, in Tigard Oregon. Saw the Mark 7 live and operated. They have made some great improvements over the years.
I was impressed by the presenter and the product. Had I not just picked up my Mark 5 a few weeks ago, I would likely purchase the new Mark 7. The Power Pro head, lift assist and lilt from either side, larger tables and casters, all are so much improved over 1953. Still a fairly simple machine for those of us with limited space. Truth is, they made the machine so well in 1953, I can't justify the full upgrade. I will be purchasing a few of the improvements, they are too tempting.
