Miter gage washer removal

Does anyone know what size allen I need to remove the washer on a 510 miter gage? I want to use the miter gage in my Ridgid table saw. The screw looks like an allen on mine but it looks a little chewed up(previous owner). I can't find the size anywhere in the literature. I don't want to chew it up anymore than it is. Thanks

3/32" in mine.

An Xcelite LN-23 will do the trick. I found an online cross reference chart that says that is a 3/32" allen.

You can remove the washer but it is quite possible that the miter gauge will be a very sloppy fit. Shopsmith uses a smaller size bar then today's typical 3/4" size. I'm not a Ridge owner but I would be surprised if they compatible.

Thanks for everyones response. After some fiddling I got it out. But reilble is correct. It does not work in the 3/4 miter slot in the table saw. It was worth a try because it is a superior miter gage than the one that came with the saw.

Get a 10ER miter gauge(3/4" bar). The 'head' is very similar to a Mark x. The 10E miter gauge head is different.
