So, refurb it, then use it. After all wine is just fermented juice. If ye be a teetotaler just skip the fermenting. I am sure you can find sufficient raw materials(for the press that is).

Love that screw mechanism. At least salvage that!!!

While not a perfect copy of the book binders press, if the placement of the lower timbers were different and or had a groove it could very well be a book binders press.
