New photo sizes, since when????

I've been scaling my photos to 800 x 600 to post here. Today I noticed a new size limit, see below.

Ed, this is a fairly new size requirement. The ZIP files have been allowed before.
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders,molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.

I assume underside(irrelevant) is 'plain'(no ribs etc.). Otherwise the scope of the task explodes.
