Homemade dust collection system…I wonder how well it works (?) Price is definitely too high - machine looks clean but no speed changer…I'd put the value at $100-$150, depending on how badly someone wanted it.
'78 Mark V 500 #27995 (my Dad bought new)
'82 Mark V 500 #96309
Two '47 10E's (serial#4314+6149) - one a dedicated drill press and the other a lathe
Two 10E/ER in parts slowly being restored…#26822 and #????? (SS plate missing)
SPT's: Bandsaw, Belt Sander, Strip Sander, Jointer, Jigsaw, Biscuit Joiner

Maybe $200 since it has a few extras and is so clean. Its presentation is better than average like the items out on a sheet. Many guys just say "other stuff". :) or show a sloppy pile.

I did not equip with Shopsmiths in spite of the setups but because of them.

OK, $100 just for the special headrest for the jointer. Another $150 for the jointer. The 10 model is in good shape, so another $150 for it is not unreasonable.

If it were close by, I had the extra $400, and I really NEEDED my fifth Model 10, I'd buy it. But I don't, don't, and don't, so I'm gonna pass. (I've got a spare speed changer.)

I went back and looked at this again and you are right. It is better than that.
I was not really seeing the jointer setup. The whole thing just looks well cared for.
If it was within 100 miles and I wanted one I would pay $400 for that one.
That's what they are worth, what someone will pay... :)

Where are you folks seeing a 4E jointer and mount? All I see is the pulley and a 'shaper'/jointer fence.
