Maybe PT's means pulley teeth ? So the ridge on the pulleys are on opposite sides to keep the belt from falling off ? Maybe I'm seeing it totally wrong.

PTS refers to the points of the counterweights.

I see the pulleys that way.

I am confused however. Did the belt change to an o-ring from what appears to be a cogged belt?
