Sure; but, somehow, it just doesn’t strike me as a wholly practical location for them.
I thought it might only be a knee-jerk replacement for a missing plate that the owner thought looked sufficiently mechanical to not be visually disturbing.
If it is live I wonder how it’s hooked up inside.
