Do the sanding disks last a while?

I'd edit the original but then folks would think you're the crazy one writing Nijmegen's. Nonsense. That was just amazing. I've no idea what Nijmegen's is, nor why it would preempt nonsense, but it's such an ironic mistake considering the context i had to leave it.

Okay, here boys, A a disc needs light touch, keep the wood moving over the width of the disc on the down wood side, not holding it in the same place, causing a heat build up to melt the resins in the wood and that is what impregnates into the grit of the sanding disc/belt attaching the sanding dust to it to clog them. AND using a sanding eraser regular to clean the disc and/or belt. I give mine a light rub of the eraser almost after every use. They are cheaper and last longer then a disc that is not cleaned!! Also they do better at removing pencil lines in wood then a regular pink eraser unless u have dug into the grain.
