Double Rack Posts ?

Got the email about the V to 7 upgrade kit. Says they come with double rack posts, are these toothed on both sides ? Will they work on the older greenie table and carriage ? Can they be bought ?

That's probably what will happen, these would eliminate the extra table though.

Just curious, what's the thread on those lathe tool rests ?
