Hi all,

The last five months have been absolute hell. I won't go into details, but it was a legal battle with a friend(?) and business partner that I have known for over 35 years. Anyway long story short, I am back (not that anyone missed me LOL), and I hope to getting back in the saddle. My 10ER is just about ready to go back together, my Mark 7 is just awesome. I am still converting my office building from an IT shop to a wood shop. I will have a 20' by 30' working area when I get done. I am working in a 10 x 20 area now, which I am finding pretty adequate. In all of this, I have built a bench/storage system for all of the M7 parts, that although temporary creating a wood top of some pretty bad scrap 2x12 and 2x4 stock on a Gorilla Rack system, seems quite functional right now. I will post some pictures and design concepts in a week or so. It puts all tables, tubes, blades etc in a 18 inch by 48 inch area.

Everything I have tried so far, I have been able to do without too much adjustment. :D. Although I am amazed how much time it takes for me to get things done. :confused:

The horizontal boring is just amazing. I did some dowel joints and as I have never had that capability before, I find it incredibly functional. I am working on a couple of small projects that I am looking forward to doing soon.

Anyway, the 10ER (which I used pretty often before I finally took it all apart) is just amazing. I wish all things were still built like it. I remember a Cushman scooter (Eagle) that I had in the 60's that reminds me of the engineering.

Anyway, blah blah, I am back, I will try not to be too obnoxious and I will try not to bore Bob .... :p

Business partner; yeah; those can get tricky.
Hope you got through that without too many scuffs and scratches.

Anyway....

I look forward to seeing that storage setup along with both machines and the entire new shop.

As the saying goes, you never really know someone unless you marry them, or go into business with them. At which point, it may well be too late. :(

But has it really been five months? Seems like only yesterday that I was trying to AirPlay your tunes to my AppleTV to impress my family .. only to discover that something had broken my AirPlay ...

Dennis, I hope it wasn't my music that broke your unit :D you did notice I posted some more tracks to soundcloud?

Bob, I would post periodically and read as often as I could, but I can be about as "chatty" as you :D

And Joe ..... I am not a sheep LOL

Cook, we came out pretty much unscathed. Cost a lot of money (to me), but it is over finally. Lost a friend, but probably needed losing him anyway.

I have some coats of Urethane hardening and will take pics of my storage system as soon as the finish is well .... finished ... :)

I had a business partner, worked great, for about 15 years, then we got divorced, worse then my 2 marriages!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To my surprise, lost in a "Fly in Lake" in Manitoba, supositly taken a piss out of the boat!!! It was cheaper then the legal fees!!!
