Do you have "Automatic Updates" enabled.

If you do not and you have not installed any software in a long time, you might want to consider updating your system.

Which OS are you using?

This statement in your initial post confuses me though because your computer status has nothing that I know of in common with your phone.

I get the same thing on my phone"wifi and internet"

I am using Windows 7. Yes my phone is different. I just checked it and it still get the same message. I have "Automatic Updates" enabled. Now I will have to play with my phone and see what is up with it.
