Magna Bellows Air Compressor

Post by billmayo »

I recently got a Magna bellows type air compressor and am looking for a manual. Never seen or got this manual during any Shopsmith buy. Contact me off-line if you have a file you would like to share. I understand a copy is in the 10ER group but I have been unable to get there. Thanks.

Sorry, as this is kind of off-topic, but not too much.

Bill, the ER group's "file" area, is a Gmail account. Someone got on it, and changed the password, so now, none of the members can get back on. IF anyone knows the new password, it would be VERY handy!

That Gmail account has manuals on almost EVERYTHING Shopsmith.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

Thanks to Andy Milligan for sending me the file. This forum is a great place to get Shopsmith questions answered.

Gmail has a process to reset the password when you don't know it and have no way to get it. I had to do that with my wife's account when she had a stroke. We had to wait 30 days before Google would send me a link that allowed me to reset it.

Good idea to set up alternate email contacts and even text messaging just in case that ever happens to you. It is all on their site. You need to have someone that was part of the original set up in the loop to work with Google.

My wife is some better now and has access to her email as she is learning to walk and speak again, and after 11 months, was allowed to come home finally!

I hope you can get your email service restored using that process.

I didn't have the manual but thought some might like to see the way it was described by Shopsmith. It even worked with the Sawsmith Radial Arm Saw. I found it curious that one could use garden hose as air hose, but back then, their garden hose was tough too.
