You know, they need to stand motionless in front of the palace gates for hours. I think these two will fit the bill. :) Great job!!

Here are some toy soldiers I had made out out 2x and they stand about 2' high. I also made a cat and ghost out of plywood along with a landscape timber snowman. Forgot the key chain holders. Sorry for poor quality photos.

The plans come from http://thewinfieldcollection.com When I ordered, they had three sizes, giant- 90" tall, medium - 60" tall and small -36" tall. When I searched for this reply I only found the giant but I'm sure the others are still available as mine was purchase in August.
