That is a very generous offer and normally I would jump on it. However, I am going to say thank you but no thanks.
I have a decided that it is time for me to "cut back" on a life long habit of collecting items that I "might need some day" or that "would be nice to have in case I need do it".
This is a very very tempting offer but .....someone who needs it more than I will have to take it off your hands.
However, the cure is not yet complete. I just hit a small gold mine on eBay; should start arriving by FedEx and USPS today. I am real anxious for the 510 table system to arrive. Yes, I already have a functional 510 (the Shorty). Now I have spare parts. I even have a place on the wall to hang it.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.
Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.
