I need to order a part for my universal tool rest. Is there a parts catalog available ?

I am surprised that someone has not come forward with a parts list. Surely one gets delivered along with the Universal Tool Rest.

I am even more surprised (and disappointed) that Shopsmith does not have these documents on line in PDF format.
