Post by oldc6 »

Just received new Rockler catalog.

I have made a few of their mail truck banks.

Takes a kit # 30625 and brass coin slot #28949

bought one march 31 2014 for $45.69 kit and coin slot $5.29..

In todays catalog $79.99 for kit and coin slot $5.29...

Now, a little increase in price but, almost double????

wont be doing any more if that is the price........

Rockler has dual pricing. One for 'pro's' and another for the 'masses'.

Could you have both versions of the catalog?

The doors can be purchased online (Etsy) for less than $20. The coin slot, wheels and axle pegs from numerous craft sites.

I just finished two for Christmas and have less than $40 in each, inc. the wood.

until you get your health care bill for 2015. My deductibles are going out of sight even though the premium 'only' went up 5%:p

Obamacare may not have explode premiums for all (well, I expected a $2500/year reduction from my Presidents words so is that failure to reduce an 'explode'? ) but I don't think the administration's crowing about "small" premium increases takes into account the hugh deductible increases.

Okay, okay, I apologize for going off-subject :o but I just read my mail from my insurance carrier.
