Looking for opinions on this deal

Post by Twosheddz »

Still looking for my first SS. Keep missing on good deals, but I think I've found a decent deal. It's about 6 hours away and I have a Saturn Vue. Will I need a trailer to fit all this? Does this appear to be a good value? I will be making built-in projects and kitchen cabinetsand would like to try some turning. Thanks for all your input.

Price good. You will need a trailer. Have fun on the icy roads.

Buy it NOW !

Tell them to mark it SOLD. It looks like a great deal and if it is as good in person as it is in the pictures buy it ! Now as far as transportation, :D I would love that challenge if it were me, but since you don't have much experience in taking everything apart you need a trailer. Plus it will travel better in a trailer. Less work on you r end and quicker to set up when you get home. Don't let this deal get away from you. The planner is worth $600 minimum by itself ! Leave now to go get it. ;)

Thanks for verifying what I thought. As usual, my timing is impeccable. I was off all last week rebuilding my patio roof (SS would have been nice to have for that). Now its snowing and I have to wait until next Monday to go get it. Tom Petty had it right - the waiting is the hardest part.

Given all the SPTs that are included, as well as a power stand, that is a great deal for a 510 setup. Yes, get a trailer. I'd see if the person will let you send them a deposit to hold it for you until you can make it down there.
