New 10ER find

Post by moggymatt »

I cant seem to resist when a deal like this comes up at $125.00. It runs quiet as a mouse, the speed changer had been repaired but operates smooth. Its got a few bits and pieces I don't already have but I plan to fully refurbish it and have it ready as a wedding gift for any future son in laws. Of course I'll use it till then.

I'm agreeing with Jerry here! GOOD SCORE!

You didn't mention a jointer, did it come with one? You did get the jointer headrest, which is why I'm asking.

Oh, if you have no need for the jointer headrest, would you consider a trade, with some cash involved? I've got a close by friend, that has the jointer and headrest, and I want to be able to borrow his jointer, without disassembling his ER.

10 ER, stripped down.
Basic 10ER, Parts machine. Will be a semi-dedicated drill-press machine.
10 ER, a "survivor" of the trailer fire, in the back yard, needing restoration. Has a Mk5 headrest. Finally, stripped down.
Numerous parts, for Model 10 stuff. Except for lower saw guard, A and B adapters, I've got it.

Looking for one more, or some 9 inch extension table raisers.

What a beauty! Not a lot of restoration needed on that one. If you ever need to get rid of the speed changer ... let me know :)

Steve,
Why don't you PM me with your thoughts. There was no jointer and I doubt the proper one will pop up by itself here in Spokane.
