Air Compressor

Post by healdsburger »

Hello, I am extremely happy that I finally have my older Mark V running and am enjoying the use of the basic tools. My machine came with an air compressor attachment. It seems pretty straight forward as far as basic use, but does anyone know anything about these? I don't see any documentation about this attachment anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

I've seen some videos on there about fixing and running the unit. I believe it was intended to be use with a sprayer.

Determine what the output pressure (psi) is. With that knowledge you can determine what applications your compressor will support. The only limitations being 'sustained adequate pressure'.

Thanks for your information. I did watch you tube and found a video that demonstrates the use of the Magma Compressor. I found that there is detailed information in the owner's manual, that I need to get. I got my Mark V passed down to me with a bunch of extras, some of which are not complete, including this air compressor. Thanks again for steering me in the right direction. I think that the compressor unit may be useful for light-duty spray/air brush applications or at least blowing dust off something.
