Busy weekend in the shop

Post by masonsailor2 »

Well it was a busy weekend in the shop. The boss has ordered a set of end tables and a coffee table to match the dining room table. They are essentially miniatures of the big table. Got the frames glued up and the legs milled except for the tapering of the legs which will wait for another day. Wood is alder and mahogany. The leg tenons were roughed out on the band saw and then milled with a router jig. The tops will be beveled glass like the dining room table.

Looking good there! Will your 'boss' allow you to make something for my 'boss' too? :)
