Nice carving done by beaver

Came across this while out walking today. Have to give credit where credit is due, the beaver did this without power tools nor having a diamond stone to do any sharpening before, during or after.

Nice carving!! Nice photo!!

Looks like the smaller guy had a good start, but daddy came and finished the job.
Octogenarian's have an earned right to be a curmudgeon.

The first cut would have produced a log too long.
Measure twice and chew once.

Smart little creatures, they dont chew through the hole tree as a rule, just partially and wait for the wind to blow and take it down. Must of had to do a redo!
