Adjust Mark V motor bearings

I completed a full upgrade of my Mark V to the equivalence of a Mark VII with PP, table and caster upgrades. Has been running very well for a number of months. Recently I can hear a clicky-klack of the bearings at speeds about 2000 RPM's. I adjusted the belts/bearing as required with the original PP upgrade. Still have a little noise--not sure how to eliminate the noise completely. Welcome your suggestions and insights.

If it's light clicking in a low-load situation, you can have some harmless play between the drive sleeve and the (Zytel plastic) coupler to the quill-shaft. Any idea which part of the system is making the noise?

I believe that you said that it is a power pro headstock. Pull the belt cover off and check that the set screw that holds the motor pully to the motor shaft did not come loose. It came loose on mine twice until I used some blue Loctite on the screw.
Also check the hubs on the SPT shafts for the same condition.
