Very nice! I bet that would bring a pretty penny with some high end decorator.
Gale's Law: The bigger the woodworking project, the less the mistakes show in any photo taken far enough away to show the entire project!

thanks guys.I salvaged the legs from one of the barns i was tearing down.I'm not sure what they were originally used for.

Very cool. I would like to find vintage sewing machine stands and employ them, for such a table or 10

In addition to the legs, I just realized that the X-shaped base is a key to the overall appeal of the piece. Practical, too -- it keeps the legs from marring the floor. Nice touch!
