This being the case, my head became over loaded a long time ago. So long ago that I don't remember exactly when.

Same here, Dusty. I'm afraid to diet. I might lose some smarts that I may need.
I can't afford to lose any smarts. I guess I'll just stay fat.

Also add. The reason it takes so long to remember something is. There is just so MUCH info stored in my brain, it takes awhile to to retrieve it. :D
SS 500(09/1980), DC3300, jointer, bandsaw, belt sander, Strip Sander, drum sanders, molder, dado, biscuit joiner, universal lathe tool rest, Oneway talon chuck, router bits & chucks and a De Walt 735 planer,a #5,#6, block planes. ALL in a 100 square foot shop.

While your statement was meant to be humorous there is some truth to it.
Some people have developed good information storage systems (like putting information is files in order in a filing cabinet) while others just dump stuff loosely in the cabinet. Either way, the more that is there the longer it takes to find it. The analogy is not the best and your brain works faster than lightning but. . .

Gene, you did it again -- No wonder I am so stupid! Been losing weight and finally got my waist is down to where it was when 30 yrs old.

Guess I'd better start feeding better. How 'bout doughnuts and pie? Will that work?

As many have said - "Aging ain't for sissies!"

Ever try to explain a pun to a kleptomaniac? It's really hard. They take things so literally.
